You might think that playing is playing and all app do it the same but that’s not completely true.

Scrubbing

FlipBook makes it easier to scrub through your scenes because yo don’t have to click on the slider to scrub. You can click and drag anywhere in the image while it’s paused and drag back and forth to scrub as much or as little of the scene as you want.

Timing

1. You have to pause the scene
2. Then you have to find the frame where you want to change the timing
3. You open a menu
4. Then you change the timing
5. Then you close the dialog
6. Then you can play the scene to see if the timing got better or worse.

In FlipBook it’s only 2 steps instead of 6. You don’t have to pause the scene, open a menu, close the dialog or press play to play the scene. And better still FlipBook continues to loop while you make the change to you get to see the results immediately.

1. Just click on the frame where you want to change the timing
2. Press a number key to set the number of frames you want it to hold.
